1. Service Agreement

By engaging LocoBoost for Local SEO services, you agree to these terms. All services are provided on a monthly subscription basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Payment Terms

Payments are due monthly in advance. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards. Late payments may result in service suspension. Discounted rates for yearly subscriptions are non-refundable after the initial 30-day period.

3. Money-Back Guarantee

If we do not deliver measurable improvements in your local search visibility within the first 90 days, you may request a full refund of fees paid during that period. This guarantee applies to new clients only and requires compliance with our recommended strategy.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide access to their Google Business Profile, website analytics, and relevant online accounts. Failure to provide necessary access may affect service delivery and void the money-back guarantee.

5. Service Scope

Services are limited to the scope outlined in your agreed proposal. Additional services beyond scope will be quoted separately. We use only ethical, white-hat SEO practices compliant with Google's guidelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

LocoBoost is not liable for indirect damages or loss of revenue. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide a handover of work completed to date.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
